Memorial Day to Labor Day the ultimate summer experiment!

This is may day 1 workout for Memorial Day morning while I'm still in sunny San Diego

AM 

morning run and ocean cool-off at the beach

Bodyweight 500
50 Prisoner Squats
50 Pushups
25 Jumps
25 leg curl kicks
50 crunches
50 step-ups
25 pullups
50 lunges
50 bodyweight rows
50 bodyweight squats
25 chinups

as most of these 300-500 type Spartan workouts are meant as a test I will track how this one went and do the same workout at Labor Day in August and compare the two. Wish me luck!
